Abstract: Objective To investigate the association between serum soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (sTREM2) level and acute coronary syndromes (ACS) in the elderly. Methods A total of 165 patients over 60 years of age who underwent coronary angiography in the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from March 2024 to August 2024 were included and divided into the acute myocardial infarction group (n=56), unstable angina pectoris group (n=68), and non-(coronary heart disease,CHD) group (n=41) based on the Guidelines for Emergency Rapid Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndromes 2019 ; The clinical data of the three groups were analyzed and compared, Logistic regression analysis was used to screen out independent risk factors, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were used to evaluate the predictive value of serum sTREM2 for ACS in the elderly, and serum sTREM2 in the elderly ACS patients was analyzed in different Gensini score subgroups. Results The serum sTREM2 l
