    Abstract: The incidence of colorectal polyps is high. More and more studies have pointed out that this disease is closely related to colorectal cancer. Surgical resection is the main means of Western medicine treatment of this disease, but there are problems such as postoperative bleeding and easy recurrence. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of this disease can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and improve the relevant clinical symptoms after polypectomy. Based on the theory of Neijing and Jumo and Xuexiang Tuan, this paper holds that the pathogenesis of colorectal polyps lies in the thin evil of intestine and stomach, wind-cold fetishism, jumo tuan blood, and accumulation of collaterals, and points out that phlegm and blood stasis, turbidity and toxin are the source of malignant transformation of this disease.
