Analysis of the Treatment of Decreased Ovarian Reserve Based on the theory of Jueyin as Pivot

  Abstract: This paper bases on the theory of opening, closing, pivot , according to the physiological characteristics of the Liver Channel as the closing organ, it starts from the aspects of organ allocation, meridian course and clinical manifestations, and believes that Diminished Ovarian Reserve belongs to the category of Jueyin disease. Based on the negative impact of Jueyin losing its closing on female ovarian function and reproductive ability, the Wumei pill is flexibly modified and applied to the treatment of DOR, aiming to harmonize yin and yang and restore the closing mechanism of Jueyin,in order to provide theoretical basis and thinking method for the clinical treatment of DOR.
