Abstract: Objective: To analyze the latent profiles of discharge readiness in patients after 125I seed implantation and explore the influencing factors in different latent profiles. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 221 patients who underwent 125I seed implantation in the interventional department of a tertiary specialized hospital in Zhejiang Province from October 2023 to October 2024 as the survey subjects. General information questionnaires, the Discharge Readiness Scale, and the Social Support Rating Scale were used for the investigation. Latent profile analysis was conducted on the discharge readiness of patients after 125I seed implantation, and a multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influence of different discharge readiness profiles on the discharge readiness of patients. Results The discharge readiness score of patients after 125I seed implantation was (99.00 ± 13.16) points. The discharge readiness of patients after 125I seed implantation was divided into three latent profiles, including Low Discharge Readiness - Low Life Ability Group (10.41%), Medium Discharge Readiness - Low Care from Others Group (32.58%), and High Discharge Readiness - High Emotional Support Group (57.01%). The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the number of short-term complications and the level of social support were the influencing factors of the latent profiles of discharge readiness in patients after 125I seed implantation (all P < 0.05). Conclusion There is heterogeneity in the discharge readiness of patients after 125I seed implantation. Nursing staff should develop individualized intervention strategies based on different profiles.
