Abstract: Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction is a classic prescription for the treatment of digestive system diseases. In recent years, the research methods of classic prescription are constantly improved, the depth is constantly deepened, and the understanding of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction is constantly improved, which provides new theoretical support and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. In this paper, the pharmacological components of TCM were discussed, and the clinical efficacy, component targets and new research progress of the prescription in the treatment of chronic gastritis, functional dyspepsia, peptic ulcer, reflux esophagitis, irritable bowel syndrome and other gastrointestinal diseases and liver and bile diseases were summarized, and the future research direction was proposed.
