Study on the rules of medication in treating female Infertility in Jiyin Gangmu·Qiuzimen

    Abstract: Objective To explore the medication rules and prescription characteristics of the Ji Yin Gang Mu Qiu Zi Men in the treatment of female infertility. Methods Collect and organize all the drugs in the prescriptions for treating female infertility in the Ji Yin Gang Mu · Qiu Zi Men, and establish an Excel database based on the standardized drug names in the Pharmacopoeia of the Peoples Republic of China and Chinese Materia Medica. Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform (V3.0), statistical analysis was conducted on the frequency of drug use, four qi and five flavors, meridian tropism, core compatibility, etc., and the medication rules and prescription characteristics of the Ji Yin Gang Mu Qiu Zi Men for treating female infertility were summarized and concluded. Results There are a total of 32 prescriptions for treating female infertility in the Ji Yin Gang Mu · Qiu Zi Men. In addition to the two external prescriptions of sitting guide medicine and internal medicine Xu Sheng Wan, there are a total of 30 internal prescriptions, involving 94 traditional Chinese medicines. Among them, the most frequently used medicines are Angelica sinensis, Chuanxiong, Xiangfu, Fuling, Rehmannia glutinosa, Paeonia lactiflora, ginseng, Atractylodes macrocephala, etc. Commonly used medicines include Angelica sinensis and Chuanxiong, Angelica sinensis and Xiangfu, Chuanxiong and Xiangfu, etc. In terms of medicinal efficacy classification, the category of tonifying deficiency is the most common, followed by the category of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The distribution of the four qi of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly warm and calm, while the five flavors are mostly bitter and sweet. The main meridian regulating medicines are liver, spleen. Conclusion The treatment of female infertility in the Ji Yin Gang Mu · Qiu Zi Men mainly focuses on warming and tonifying the body, emphasizing the differentiation of internal organs, especially the liver, spleen, and kidneys. It makes good use of tonifying drugs such as Angelica sinensis, Shu Di Huang, Bai Shao, ginseng, and Bai Zhu to nourish the essence and blood, and flexibly uses Qi promoting and blood activating drugs such as Chuanxiong, Xiangfu, and Mudan Pi to regulate the meridians. It provides important references for the clinical treatment of infertility in later traditional Chinese medicine.
