Abstract: Objective To explore the medication rule of Ye Yiping in the treatment of lung cancer based on TCM inheritance assistance platform (V2.5).Methods From January 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023, 200 complete medical records of patients with lung cancer treated in Ye Yipings outpatient department of Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and input into the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance assistance platform (V2.5). Association rule analysis, cluster analysis and other methods of software were used to analyze Ye Yipings drug use in the treatment of lung cancer. Results 200 medical records were collected and 200 prescriptions were recorded, involving 146 TCM. The medicinal properties of the drugs used are mainly cold, warm and flat, and the taste is mainly sweet, bitter and xin, which mainly belong to lung, spleen, stomach and heart channel. The top 28 Chinese herbs used frequently were goat milk, licorice, salvia miltiorrhiza, ginger pinellia, cat ginseng, Zhejiang Fritillaria, Poria cocos, Jiao Liushenqu, Shi Jianhuan, etc. 27 groups of core drug combinations and 5 new prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion With the TCM inheritance assistance system as the platform, the application of data mining method can further explore the drug use law of Ye Yiping in the treatment of lung cancer. The clinical diagnosis and treatment are closely related to the core pathogenesis of Yin deficiency and stasis toxicity of lung cancer, and at the same time, the acquired spleen and stomach, mind-body harmony are taken care of, which reflects the academic thought of TCM tumor of supporting the right anti-cancer and the holistic view of TCM.
