    Abstract: BasedonthetheoryofChongRen,thispaperanalyzesthepathogenesisandtreatmentofovarianreservedysfunction.ChongRenisnotlimitedtomeridians,butmoreoftenreferstotheirfunctions.ThesecondpulseofChong-Renoriginatesfromtheuterusandisconnectedwiththetwelvemeridians.Throughtheinteractionofthefivezang-organsandsixfu-organs,thebalanceofqiandbloodinthewholebodyismaintained.Inwomenskidney-tiangui-chongren-uterusaxis,chongrenisthecentrallinkbetweentianguianduterus,andtheinvolvementofchongrenwillaffectwomensmenstruationandreproductiveendocrinediseases.Therefore,thepathologicalchangesofmeridiansandviscerawillaffectthemovementofQiandbloodinChongandRen,andthenaffectthegrowth,development,maturityandexpulsionofeggs,leadingtothedeclineofovarianreservefunction.UndertheguidanceofthetheoryofChongRen,thispapermaintainsthebalancebetweenthefunctionsofzang-fuorgansandtheqiandbloodofmeridians,andsummarizestheinternalandexternaltreatmentmethodsoftraditionalChinesemedicine,inordertoprovidenewtreatmentideasandmoreoptimizedtreatmentschemesforclinicalsyndromedifferentiationandtreatmentofovarianreservedysfunction.
