Paxlovid causing delayed drug-induced liver damage in a case and literature analysis

  Abstract: This article introduced the process of delayed drug-induced liver damage in a postoperative colon cancer patient infected with a novel coronavirus and treated with Paxlovid. This case may provide some reference for the medication of postoperative colon cancer patients infected with novel coronavirus infection(COVID-19). Through this case, it is recommended that liver function changes should be closely monitored before and after the use of Paxlovid in the clinic, so that the patients treatment program can be adjusted in a timely manner.
