Application of fishbone diagram analysis method in the efficacy of anti-tumor drug formulation

    Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of configuration management based on fishbone diagram analysis in the configuration of antineoplastic drugs in intravenous drug configuration center.Methods: The configuration of antineoplastic drugs in the intravenous drug allocation center from January 2022 to February 2024 was taken as the research object, and 72250 groups of antineoplastic drugs were allocated from January 2022 to January 2023 as the control group, using the routine management mode of the intravenous drug allocation center. From February 2023 to February 2024, 77815 groups of tumor drugs were allocated as the observation group, and the allocation management mode based on fishbone diagram analysis was used. Compare the tumor prescription review review time, unreasonable prescription incidence, tumor drug allocation drug arrangement time, same drug allocation time, drug allocation error rate, drug loss rate, drug breakage rate and tumor drug distribution drug distribution time, drug distribution error rate under two different management methods.Results: The examination time of tumor drug prescriptions in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the incidence of irrational prescriptions during the study period was lower ,The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the time of drug discharge and drug configuration in the observation group was significantly shorter, and the error rate of drug dosage and type, drug loss rate and drug breakage rate were lower than those in the control group,The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group has shorter drug distribution time and lower drug distribution error rate.Conclusion: The application of configuration management based on fishbone diagram analysis in the allocation of anti-tumor drugs in intravenous drug allocation center has a good effect, which can effectively improve the work efficiency of drug allocation center and reduce the time of prescription review, drug arrangement, drug allocation and drug distribution. At the same time, it can improve the working quality of drug allocation center and effectively reduce the incidence of unreasonable prescriptions, drug allocation errors, drug loss rates, drug breakage rates and drug distribution errors.
