  Abstract: Objective: to evaluate the value of left ventricular systolic function impairment in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus of different activity levels by applying automatic myocardial motion quantification (aCMQ), and to explore the correlation between left ventricular strain parameters and clinical laboratory indexes and SLEDAI scores.
