Research Progress on the Impact of Hyperuricemia on Chronic Kidney Disease

• 摘要：高尿酸血症(HUA)与慢性肾脏病(CKD)的发病率逐年上升,二者之间的关联及其机制研究备受瞩目。近年来,关于降尿酸治疗对CKD的益处存在争议。本文围绕HUA与CKD的相关性、HUA致肾损伤的病理机制、降尿酸治疗在CKD管理中的争议以及未来研究方向这四个方面进行综述。

  Abstract: The incidence of hyperuricemia (HUA) and chronic kidney disease (CKD) has been rising annually, and the association between these two conditions, along with their underlying mechanisms, has garnered significant attention. In recent years, the potential benefits of urate-lowering therapy in the management of CKD have become a subject of controversy. This review focuses on four key aspects: the correlation between HUA and CKD, pathological mechanisms, ongoing debates regarding urate-lowering therapy in CKD management, and future research directions.
