Overview of TCM non-drug therapy of chronic kidney disease

• 摘要：慢性肾脏病发病率逐年增高,具有临床治疗难度大、病程长、预后差等特点,目前中西医药物疗法治疗该病疗效有限,且存在费用高、不良反应明显且患者预后改善并不显著等问题。中医非药物疗法在治疗慢性肾脏病方面具有简便有效、不良反应少、经济实惠等诸多优势,配合常规治疗运用于临床可提高临床疗效、延缓病情进展。应充分发挥中医辨体、辨病、辨证三位一体的优势,指导中医非药物疗法,制定有针对性的干预方案,对个体化防治疾病意义重大。该文对腧穴疗法、中医药膳食疗、中医运动疗法、中医情志疗法等中医非药物疗法治疗慢性肾脏病的临床研究进行综述。

  Abstract: The incidence of chronic kidney disease is increasing year by year, which is characterized by difficult clinical treatment, long course and poor prognosis. At present, the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine is limited, and there are problems such as high cost, obvious adverse reactions and no significant improvement in the prognosis of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine non-drug therapy has many advantages in the treatment of chronic kidney disease,such as? simple and effective, less adverse reactions, economic benefits, and so on.We should give full play to the advantages of TCM body differentiation, disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, guide TCM non-drug medicine therapy, and formulate targeted intervention programs, which are of great significance for individual disease prevention and treatment. This article reviews the clinical research of TCM non-drug therapy such as acupoint therapy, TCM medicated diet therapy, TCM exercise therapy and TCM emotion therapy.
