    Abstract: 【】 This paper reviews the concept of e-health literacy, the current situation of e-health literacy among young and middle-aged people, the assessment tools, and the opportunities and challenges faced by young and middle-aged people in improving e-health literacy in the information age, in order to provide a reference for the research on e-health literacy among young and middle-aged people.
