Abstract: Purpose/Significance As digital health emerges as a research hotspot, particularly among the elderly, their digital health literacy is crucial for bridging the digital divide. Currently, the assessment tools for digital health literacy among the elderly lack scientific and systematic validation. Method/Process This study employs a scoping review method to systematically review and evaluate the assessment tools for digital health literacy among the elderly, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing assessments and interventions. Result/Conclusion The study included ten tools that are broadly applicable to the elderly population, yet research targeting specific subgroups remains insufficient. Further integration of these tools will enhance understanding and research into the measurement methods of digital health literacy.

Key words: Digital health literacy; ehealth literacy; health literacy assessment; assessment tools; elderly patient
