Clinical effect of micro debridement positioning suture in treatment of poor perineal wound healing after delivery

    Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of micro-debridement and positioning suture in the treatment of puerpera with poor healing of perineal wound.Methods A total of 106 parturiens with poor perineal wound healing (deep skin and muscle dehiscence, muscle layer depth ≥1cm) after vaginal delivery in a grade-III Class A hospital in Zunyi City, Guizhou Province from June 2021 to October 2024 were selected as the research objects. From July 2021 to December 2022, 53 cases were treated with traditional anticipatory therapy 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution sitz bath, and from January 2023 to October 2024, 53 cases were treated with micro-debridement post-location suture.After the operation, a one-to-one wechat or telephone follow-up was established with the parturients to evaluate the healing cycle of perineal wound, the degree of wound pain 7 days after the operation, the wound healing situation and the curative effect 1 month after the operation.Results The healing period of perineal wound in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.00). The degree of wound pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 7 days after operation (P <0.00). The wound healing of observation group was higher than that of control group one month after operation (P <0.00).The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.00).Conclusions The use of micro-debridement localization suture in the treatment of cases with poor healing of perineal wound can shorten the healing period of perineal wound, reduce the degree of wound pain, the wound healing is good, and the treatment efficiency is good.
