Abstract: Labor education is a crucial component in cultivating qualified builders of socialism and reliable successors. In the context of the new era, the significance of labor education has become increasingly prominent. Tracing the cultural attributes of labor education with Chinese characteristics reveals that the excellent traditional culture of China provides a profound cultural foundation for the implementation of labor education in the new era. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) culture, as an important part of this foundation, possesses rich connotations and unique characteristics, offering new perspectives for the innovation of labor education curricula.Currently, labor education courses face challenges such as monotonous content, conventional formats, and a lack of appeal, which hinder the full stimulation of students interest and enthusiasm for labor.
