Abstract: Objective To explore the research status and hot trends of the treatment of Sjogrens syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the past ten years according to CiteSpace and VOSviewer. Methods The reference data from CNKI,Wanfang,VPCS and SnioMed were collected between 2013 and 2023,and the reference screening was completed by using NoteExpress 3.7.0. The screened data were imported into CiteSpace 6.1.R6 and VOSviewer 1.6.18.0 respectively for visualization and analysis, and knowledge atlas was performed. Results A total of 1,644 papers were included, and the annual number of papers has shown a fluctuating upward trend. There are 485 publishing authors, including 79 core authors, with Zhu Yuelan being the author with the highest intermediary centrality. A total of 805 institutions were involved in the issuance of papers, and 63 institutions had an issuance volume of ≥5 papers. Beijing has the largest number of articles and organizations, and inter-institutional cooperation shows strong regionalization and low cooperation density. The 2548 keywords were included in the keyword co-occurrence atlas. The 42 keywords with word frequency ≥10 times, and 7 keywords with high-centeredness. Conclusion In the past 10 years, the research on the treatment of Sj?grens syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine has been hot,and the etiology and pathogenesis,TCM syndrome types, treatment methods and experience summary are the research hotspots in this field.
