Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To sort out the current research status in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of bone tuberculosis (TB) based on software such as VOSviewer and CiteSpace, and to predict the future research trends in this field, so as to provide ideas for future research in TCM treatment of TB. Methods Literature related to TCM treatment of bone tuberculosis was collected from 1 January 1956 to 30 June 2024 from the websites of China Knowledge Network (CNN), Wipo.com, Wanfang.com, PubMed, WOS, and Embase. Excel was used to construct a statistical chart of annual publications in this field; VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to map the authors, institutions and Keywords of the literature, and the results were analysed and summarised. RESULTS: A total of 256 articles were included in this field. There were 27 core authors, represented by Chen Qiyi; 219 research institutions, with Nanjing Hospital of Integrative Medicine being the most prolific, with 9 articles; there were 20 Keywords with a freq
