Abstract: Objective/Significance: The aim is to construct a knowledge structure model for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) medical records, providing support for TCM clinical practice, teaching, and research, enhancing the application value of TCM medical records, and paving the way and laying the foundation for medical record research.Method/Process: By explaining the five levels of the knowledge pyramid and their manifestations in TCM medical records, we clarify the construction principles that align with TCM theory and are oriented towards clinical practice, and design a system framework. The knowledge elements of medical records are layered, extending gradually from basic concepts to theoretical principles, to construct a knowledge structure pyramid model.Result/Conclusion: The TCM medical record knowledge structure model has been successfully constructed and different levels of knowledge have been classified and organized. It has been validated and optimized through actual medical record applications. This model provides new ideas and methods for TCM medical record research, while also pointing out directions and suggestions for improvement. It provides strong support for the in-depth study of TCM medical records and contributes to the inheritance and development of TCM.
