Abstract: Objective:To explore the clinical effect of moxibustion nursing safety policy based on Delph expert consultation method in sub-health population.Methods:160 patients with sub-health from April 2022 to August 2024 were selected and divided into observation group (n=80) and control group (n = 80) according to the way of envelope separation. Both groups were treated with moxibustion rehabilitation physiotherapy, while the control group was treated with routine moxibustion care. The observation group constructed moxibustion nursing safety policy based on Delph method to implement specific nursing work, and compared the nursing effects of the two groups. Results:After consulting 15 experts in the industry by Delph, three factors affecting the safety of moxibustion spreading were determined, namely, patient factors, moxibustion spreading factors and objective factors, and 10 specific nursing points were determined. The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction with nursing work was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Based on Delph method, the nursing safety scheme of moxibustion spreading combined with the clinical experience and suggestions of many doctors can further improve the clinical safety of moxibustion spreading in the application of sub-health groups.
