Research on the construction of clinical training system for nursing postgraduates of masters degree in the specialist of lung transplantation.

    Abstract: Purpose: To establish a clinical training system for nursing postgraduates of masters degree in the specialist of lung transplantation and provide a reference basis for postgraduate education in professional degrees. Methods: Based on literature analysis, the first draft of the expert letter inquiry questionnaire was determined, and 16 experts were interviewed through the Delphi method. Results: A total of 2 rounds of expert correspondence were conducted in this study. The effective response rates of the questionnaires were 94.1% and 100% respectively. The authority coefficient of experts was 0.84, and the Kendall coefficient was 0.101 and 0.123. The final clinical training system for nursing postgraduates of masters degree in the specialist of lung transplantation was formed. The training system includes 3 first-level indicators, 11 second-level indicators and 66 third-level indicators. The variation coefficients of each indicator are all <0.25. The weights of the three first-level indicators of training objectives, training process, training requirements and assessment are in order of 0.338, 0.333 and 0.329. Conclusion: The clinical training system for nursing postgraduates of masters degree in the specialist of lung transplantation constructed in this study has certain scientificity and reliability, which can provide a reference for the development of postgraduate training for nursing postgraduates of masters degree in the specialist of lung transplantation.
