Research on the foresight of intelligent service technology and key technology identification of TCM based on Delphi questionnaire

    Abstract: Purpose: Make the research oriented to the intelligent service of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) towards 2035, which could give a priority to the development of key technology identification of artificial intelligence (AI). Method: Analyze the technical development trend in the field of intelligent service of TCM by relevant literature, patents and expert discussion opinions. Then the strategy consulting intelligent support system (ISS) of Chinese Academy of engineering is used to make Delphi questionnaires and analyze the results of relevant experts’ opinions. Result: Acquire a list of technology in key development areas, and evaluate the importance, possibility and feasibility. Conclusion: Preliminarily determine the development direction of intelligent service of TCM and provide reference for relevant medium and long-term development strategic planning.
