    Abstract: In order to implement the new requirements of the country for the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine talents, enhance students confidence in traditional Chinese medicine culture and discipline, we explore using the Zhangwei Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Expert Inheritance Studio as a platform to integrate teacher inheritance education with ideological and political education as a new training model, and participate in practical teaching, including theoretical learning, skill training, teacher practice, scientific research ability cultivation, traditional Chinese medicine thinking ability and evaluation. The results indicate that applying this teaching model to practical teaching can improve students level of classical theory and traditional Chinese medicine pediatrics theory; Enhance practical skills and research thinking abilities; Promote the early formation of clinical thinking in traditional Chinese medicine, establish confidence in traditional Chinese medicine culture and discipline; Fully leverage the value of renowned traditional Chinese medicine studios.
