Research on System Architecture of Internet Hospital Based on Distributed Micro-service Business Middle?platform

  Abstract: Purpose: There are differences in the current construction models of internet hospitals in China, and a scientifically designed technical architecture becomes a fundamental requirement as a foundation for the internet hospitals system. Methods: Based on the development requirements of an internet hospital system, this study proposed a technology architecture of internet hospital based on the micro-service center. Results: This study adopted the big business platform, small front desk architecture model to design the internet hospital business platform, used the nginx as the load server, used the gRPC for communication, and used web service interface to dynamically combine the API execution link to create services. This architecture realized the reuse of business systems in the internet hospitals by transforming the traditional individualized and fragmented system construction into an integrated and process-based system construction. At the same time, through the development of standardized services and data interfaces, the problem of different data standards among multiple systems of the hospital was reduced, and the data sharing, connection and collaboration of various business modules were realized. Conclusions: The internet hospital architecture based on the distributed micro-service business center could help to optimize hospital resources, simplify coordination and system management difficulties, achieve efficient and stable key business modules, and could improve the service efficiency and system security of Internet hospitals.
