A study on the utilization of Internet medical services and its influencing factors based on UTAUT model

    Abstract: Objective/ Significance To provide a reference for improving the quality of Internet healthcare services by investigating and studying the factors that affect patients Internet healthcare service utilization scores.Methods/Process The survey was conducted using a self-administered questionnaire, and descriptive statistics and linear regression were used to analyze the utilization of Internet medical services and its influencing factors. Results/Conclusion The results of the study showed that Internet healthcare services were rated at a medium level, with relatively high ratings for patient satisfaction, performance expectations, and facilitation factors, and relatively low ratings for effort expectations and social impact, with satisfaction, effort expectations, and facilitation factors having significant effects on Internet healthcare service utilization. It is recommended to improve the utilization of Internet medical services by optimizing the Internet medical system platform and strengthening the promotion of Internet medical services.
