Research on Community Whole-Course Health Management Model Based on Intelligent Health Preion

  Abstract: Aiming at different stages of health, different health problems and personalized health needs, eight dimensions of health preions were integrated to establish a new intelligent health preion covering the whole life cycle and matching more than 200 diseases, complete the research and development of health preion system, and selects eight community health service institutions in Dongcheng District, Beijing to carry out pilot applications, so as to provide a basis for realizing whole-process health management and innovative health management mode.
