Abstract: Online health communities have become an important way for the public to obtain medical and health services. Optimizing user experience is of great significance to the development of the community itself, the promotion of the Healthy China initiative, and the progress of Chinas health services. The article builds an online health community user experience evaluation index system based on the five-element model of user experience, and uses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to conduct an empirical analysis of the domestic mainstream online health community, which verifies the practical value of the index system. Finally, it is proposed that optimizing user experience in online health communities should improve various functional services, strengthen resource content construction, enhance user interactive experience, and improve interface and perception design.
