Abstract: Based on the SOR theory, we use Structural Equation Modeling to build a user behavior model of emotional exhaustion and discontinued use behavior of gamified mobile health apps, and the moderating role of health consciousness in the process is discussed. The purpose is to understand the users’ psychology and behavior, and provide corresponding suggestions for improving the design of the gamified mobile health app.
