Abstract: Abstract: Objectivethe survey is To perform sentiment analysis on Dingxiang Doctor APP Apple Store comment text and to provide suggestions for medical APP operation. Method Use Octopus collector to collect comment text, use ROST-CM6.0 word segmentation, word frequency analysis, and semantic network analysis, sentiment analysis to analyze factors affecting APP user satisfaction. Results Sample comments accounted for 67.52% of positive emotions, 18.87% of neutral emotions, and 13.61% negative emotions. The main factors affecting user satisfaction are doctors, followed by platforms and services. APP has low user satisfaction in terms of response timeliness. Conclusion The sentiment analysis method is used to conduct text analysis on the online comments of Dingxiang Doctor APP users, and suggestions are made to improve user satisfaction.
