Study on Usage Intention and Influencing Factors of Internet Hospitalsof the Elderly

• 摘要：目的/意义 分析老年人互联网医院使用意愿及影响因素。方法/过程 以UTAUT2模型为基础，构建老年人互联网医院使用意愿理论模型及假设，设计调查问卷，采用横断面问卷调查法收集问卷，通过SPSS 27.0和AMOS 28.0 软件分析老年人互联网医院使用意愿及影响因素。 结果/结论 老年人互联网医院核心医疗业务使用率偏低；绩效期望、努力期望、促进因素、自我效能正向影响使用意愿，感知风险、技术焦虑、拒绝改变负向影响使用意愿，价格价值对使用意愿影响不显著。建议强化线下培训指导，提升老年群体自我效能；强化适老性改造，降低技术障碍；降低感知风险，提升安全防护。

  Abstract: Abstract：Purpose/Significance To analyze the willingness of older adults to use internet hospitals and the factors influencing their decision. Method/Process Based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model, a theoretical framework was constructed, and a survey questionnaire was designed. Data were collected using a questionnaire survey method. The software SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 28.0 were used to analyze the willingness of older adults to use internet hospitals and the factors influencing their decision. Result/Conclusion The usage rate of core medical services in internet hospitals is relatively low. Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and self-efficacy positively influence the willingness to use, while perceived risk, technology anxiety, and resistance to change negatively influence the willingness to use. The impact of price value on the willingness to use is not significant. It is recommended to strengthen offline training and guidance to enhance the self-efficacy of the elderly group; intensify aging-friendly transformation to reduce technical barriers; and lower perceived risks and improve safety protection.
