Qin Yanhongs Experience in Treating Phlegm-heat Cough Based on Hybrid Treatment

• 摘要：本文以急性气管-支气管炎为阐释中心，其发病率高、起病急且易反复，以咳嗽为主要表现，故以中医学“咳嗽”病论之，临证又以痰热型咳嗽多见。西医治疗普遍存在抗生素滥用、副作用明显的情况，若施治不当或不及时，可引发支气管哮喘、肺炎等其他疾病。导师秦艳虹教授基于“杂合以治”思想，以气机升降理论为切入点，紧抓“痰”这一病因和病理产物，以宣肺止咳、清热化痰、通腑泄热为治则，自拟“麻杏化痰止咳颗粒”应用于临床，疗效确切，同时注重患儿日常调护，巩固疗效、预防复发。附案例1则，以飨读者。

  Abstract: This article focuses on acute trachea-bronchitis, which has a high incidence, acute onset and easy recurrence, with cough as the main manifestation, so it is regarded as cough disease in TCM, and phlegm-fever cough is more common in clinical syndrome. Western medicine treatment is common in the abuse of antibiotics and cause obvious side effects. Improper or untimely treatment can lead to other diseases such as bronchial asthma and pneumonia. Professor Qin Yanhong, based on the idea of hybrid treatment, takes the theory of qi ascending and descending as the starting point, grasps the etiology and pathological product of phlegm, and takes the treatment principles of ventilating lung to relieve cough, clearing away heat and resolving phlegm, clearing viscera and discharging heat as the treatment principle. She has formulated Ma Xing Hua Tan Zhi Ke Granule for clinical application with exact curative effect. Meanwhile, she pays attention to daily nursing of children, consolidates curative effect and prevents recurrence. A case study is attached for readers.
