Research on Strategies to Enhance the Scientific Research Capabilities of Medical Staff under the Fusion of Multi-source Data

• 摘要：目的/意义该文探讨医护科研人员的用户画像构建方法和对应的科研能力提升策略。方法/过程根据用户画像理论提出医护科研人员用户画像的构建模型；使用Python语言、ETL和Echarts工具对构建用户画像所需的多源异构数据进行采集、预处理、存储和挖掘，并提取标签进行用户画像可视化并进行实证研究。结果/结论对于具备科研潜质的护理人员和科研新手，基础科研教育、实践机会以及与经验丰富研究者的合作是关键。对于科研提升型群体，跨学科合作、获取复杂数据分析技能和引导创新研究是提升的核心。对于科研领域的资深专家，关注推动领域内的前沿研究，培养新一代科研人员，并有效管理研究项目和团队。

  Abstract: Objective/SignificanceThis paper discusses the method of constructing user portrait for medical researchers and the corresponding strategy of improving scientific research ability. Method/processBased on the user portrait theory, the user portrait construction model of medical researchers was proposed. Python language, ETL and Echarts tools are used to collect, pre-process, store and mine multi-source heterogeneous data required for constructing user portraits, and extract labels for user portrait visualization and empirical research. Results/ConclusionsBasic research education, practical opportunities, and collaboration with experienced researchers are key for potential caregivers and novice researchers. For research promotion groups, interdisciplinary collaboration, acquiring complex data analysis skills, and leading innovative research are the core of promotion. For senior experts in the field of research, the focus is on promoting cutting-edge research in the field, training a new generation of researchers, and effectively managing research projects and teams.
