Analysis of User Reviews of Dingxiang Doctor APP Based on Text Mining

• 摘要：摘要：【目的】对丁香医生APP在Apple Store评论文本进行情感分析，为医疗APP运营提供建议。【方法】使用八爪鱼采集器采集评论文本，利用ROST-CM6.0分词、词频分析、语义网络分析、情感分析，对影响APP用户满意度因素分析。【结果】样本评论积极情绪占比67.52%，中性情感18.87%，负面情感13.61%，影响用户满意度主要因素医生，其次是平台、服务，APP在回复时效性方面用户满意度低。【结论】采用情感分析方法对丁香医生APP用户在线评论进行文本分析，提出建议提升用户满意度。

  Abstract: Abstract: Objectivethe survey is To perform sentiment analysis on Dingxiang Doctor APP Apple Store comment text and to provide suggestions for medical APP operation. Method Use Octopus collector to collect comment text, use ROST-CM6.0 word segmentation, word frequency analysis, and semantic network analysis, sentiment analysis to analyze factors affecting APP user satisfaction. Results Sample comments accounted for 67.52% of positive emotions, 18.87% of neutral emotions, and 13.61% negative emotions. The main factors affecting user satisfaction are doctors, followed by platforms and services. APP has low user satisfaction in terms of response timeliness. Conclusion The sentiment analysis method is used to conduct text analysis on the online comments of Dingxiang Doctor APP users, and suggestions are made to improve user satisfaction.
