Abstract: Abstract Objective: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of chronic disease patients behavioral intentions toward internet hospital services based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, providing evidence for optimizing telemedicine management models. Methods:A convenience sampling survey using a self-designed questionnaire was conducted from July to October 2024, followed by structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze determinants. Results:The total behavioral intention scores ranged 41-125 (mean=96.25±11.62). SEM revealed positive associations between behavioral intention and both subjective norms (β=0.696) and perceived behavioral control (β=0.286), while negative associations emerged with information risk perception (β=-0.175) and medical risk perception (β=-0.221) (all p<0.05). Conclusion: Chronic patients demonstrate moderate-to-high intention levels for internet hospital utilization, with four key determinants identified: subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and dual risk perceptions (information/medical).
