Research on the Construction of “Double-Teacher Teaching” Model for Medical Information Management Majors Based on Multi-Party Collaboration

    Abstract: Purpose/Significance For the medical information management major, a multi-party collaborative “double-teacher teaching” model is constructed to cultivate high-quality medical information management talents with both theoretical knowledge and practical ability. Method/Process From the perspective of multi-party collaboration, we deeply analyze the current dilemma of “double-teacher teaching” in the medical information management major. Based on the theory of collaborative innovation and focusing on the core viewpoints of goal convergence, multi-subjectivity, cooperation and sharing, and innovative development, we construct a “government-industry-university-research-medical” five-in-one “double-teacher teaching” model for the medical information management major, and propose implementation strategies for complementary development and synergistic effects inside and outside the school. Result/Conclusion Under the overall design of the “double-teacher teaching” model for medical information management major, attention should be paid to strengthening the construction of double-teacher teams, innovating double-teacher teaching methods, enriching double-teacher teaching content, and optimizing the teaching evaluation system, so as to provide valuable references for the effective construction of the double-teacher teaching model.
