Abstract: Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the application of the Instant Information Communication System based on Generative Artificial Intelligence Technology (AIGC) in tumor surgery, and to evaluate its effects on improving the efficiency of pathology examination result transmission, optimizing preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative management,as well as enhancing patient satisfaction. Methods:This study constructed a big data platform covering multiple information systems within the hospital and utilized a zero-trust network security framework to build a comprehensive disease course messaging platform based on AIGC technology. Specific methods included using natural language processing for structured data cleansing and classification, providing real-time information transmission services through an intelligent message push platform to enhance decision support for medical staff and overall patient management. Results:With the use of the AIGC comprehensive disease course messaging platform, significant improvements were observed in the existing issues at the hospital, including information delay, inaccuracy, security risks, and inefficient management associated with traditional fax transmission. Data showed that following the deployment of this platform, the transmission speed of frozen section reports decreased from an average of 5 minutes to less than 1 second, while the retracement rate fell below 0.1%.Additionally,the monthly consumption of A4 paper was significantly reduced, the communication time between medical staff and patients has been reduced by 89%, patient satisfaction has increased significantly. Conclusion:The use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Technology-based instant information communication has enhanced the information flow capacity inside and outside the tumor surgery room, effectively alleviating family anxiety and improving the efficiency and accuracy of medical decision-making. This achievement indicates that the use of advanced data governance and AI technology not only optimizes the diagnosis and treatment process but also provides a practical development path for smart healthcare construction, with extensive promotional value.
