    Abstract: Purpose/Significance To analyze and outline the current research status of artificial intelligence large models in medicine, aiming at providing new perspectives for research in this domain. Method/Process Based on a review of relevant literatures, the paper outlines the application scenarios and examples of artificial intelligence large models in the fields of smart medical care, medical metaverse, and medical research and development. Result/Conclusion While the artificial intelligence large models currently face certain risks and challenges, there is still large space for development in medicine.
