Research on the construction scheme of big data research platform for medical institutions based on autonomous and controllable technology

    Abstract: Medical big data is gradually moving from theory to application and practice. The medical research platform provides important support for the implementation of big data technology. However, facing the increasingly serious network security problems and the complex international relations, it has become a trend to build a self-controlled medical big data platform to cope with the rising data security risks and supply chain risks, especially in the field of medical research platform. Taking the multi omics data analysis as an example, we proposes a scheme of domestic construction of medical big data research platform based on autonomous controllable technology from three aspects: infrastructure, basic software and application system, which can guarantee the compatibility support and maximize the performance. This proposal can accumulate experience for the localization construction of biomedical data research platform, and provide reference for research institutions in hospital.
