Methods The research subjects were selected from 120 outpatient patients of Xingtai Peoples Hospital from March 14, 2023 to December 30, 2023. The clinical symptom characteristics, anxiety, depression, sleep quality, and degree of influence of migraine patients were collected through questionnaires. Results The overall result of the Headache Impact Test-6 (HIT-6) was 56.33 ± 11.30; The overall score of the 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) was 3.38 ± 3.21 (without depressive symptoms), while the overall score of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) was 2.93 ± 3.58; The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) shows an overall score of 4.96 ± 3.60. The GAD-7 score, age, and course of disease in the group of migraine patients with combined gastrointestinal diseases were significantly higher than those in the group of migraine patients without combined gastrointestinal diseases, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion There are differences in sleep and anxiety levels among migraine patients of different degrees, and the presence of gastrointestinal diseases in migraine patients has little impact on headache symptoms and psychological health.
