Advances in single-cell sequencing in the breast cancer

    Abstract: Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor among women and has various subtypes and molecular classifications. It is a highly heterogeneous malignant tumor, and with the continuous advancement of scientific technology, research on the heterogeneity of breast cancer is deepening. Single-cell sequencing technology is an emerging scientific research method widely applied in breast cancer research, especially in the study of heterogeneity, tumor microenvironment, metastasis, circulating tumor cells, and drug resistance of breast cancer. This review mainly summarizes the advances of single-cell sequencing in breast cancer.
