Abstract: Objective Investigate the adoption intentions of users of the closed-loop management information system for test specimens and explore its influencing factors. Methods Use online questionnaires to conduct surveys and use structural equation models for model verification. Results The results of hierarchical regression analysis show that age and education level have an impact on the systems adoption intention. The structural equation model results show that perceived risk has a negative impact on the systems adoption intention, and individual innovation, social influence, facilitating conditions, effort expectations, system quality, information quality, and service quality have a positive impact on the systems adoption intention.. Conclusion In order to improve users intention to adopt the system, medical institutions should further optimize the system when developing and designing the system to improve the ease of use, system quality, information quality and service quality of the system. Medical institutions should also take into account the differences of users, and need to pay attention to social influences and facilitating conditions, so as to reduce the perceived risks of users.
