Clinical Characteristics and Influencing Factors in Infants with Positional Deformities

• 摘要：【】目的 探讨3-12月龄婴儿头颅畸形的临床特征,分析影响婴儿头颅畸形的相关因素,为临床筛查、干预和预防提供理论依据。方法 选取2022年8月-2024年2月在郑州大学第三附属医院儿童保健科就诊的3-12月龄婴儿521例(头颅正常组307例,头颅畸形组214例)进行病例对照研究。比较两组间一般资料、孕期高危因素(妊糖症等)、母亲文化程度、睡眠姿势等差异,用Logistic回归分析头颅畸形的影响因素。结果 婴儿头颅畸形中,3-6月龄较为多见,男性占比高于女性。出生体重、BMI、早产、NICU住院史、双胎、孕期高危因素、睡眠姿势、母亲文化程度等因素在两组间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,NICU住院史(OR=4.135,95%CI1.044~16.383)、双胎(OR=21.045,95%CI2.419~183.061)、孕期高危因素(OR=2.105,95%CI1.376~3.222)是婴儿头颅畸形的独立危险因素,婴儿混合睡姿(OR=0.458,95%CI0.299~0.703)、母亲高文化程度(OR=0.442,95%CI0.205~0.866)是婴儿头颅畸形的保护因素。结论 BMI、NICU住院史、双胎、孕期高危因素、睡眠姿势和母亲文化程度等因素与婴儿头颅畸形密切相关。

  Abstract: 【】Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of head deformities in infants aged 3-12 months and analyze the related factors that affect infant Positional Deformities so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical screening, intervention and prevention.Methods From August 2022 to February 2024, 521 infants aged 3-12 months were selected from the Childrens Health Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. Infants were divided into normal groups (307 cases) and Positional Deformities(214 cases) according to whether there were abnormal skull shapes. The general data such as month age, gender, birth weight, BMI, high-risk factors during pregnancy (such as Gestational Diabetes Mellitus), mothers education level and babys sleeping posture were compared between the two groups. Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of Positional Deformities.Results Among infants with Positional Deformities, it is more common at the age of 3-6 months, and the proportion
