• 摘要：【】住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分。住院医师规范化培训以岗位胜任能力为核心,不仅要培养住院医师的临床思维,提高临床诊疗能力,还要重视科研能力的培养。然而,目前参加规范化培训的住院医师普遍存在科研意识薄弱、科研动力不足、科研培训机制不够完善等问题。基于此,本文提出加强科研意识培养、强化师资培训管理、加强科研能力培养、健全科研政策与激励机制,从而确实提升住院医师的科研能力,为医学研究和临床实践培养更多高素质人才。

  Abstract: Standardized training for resident physicians is an important component of medical education after graduation. Standardized training for resident physicians focuses on job competency, not only cultivating their clinical thinking and improving their clinical planning and diagnosis abilities, but also emphasizing the cultivation of their scientific research abilities. However, currently, resident physicians participating in planned training generally have weak research awareness, insufficient research motivation, and inadequate research training mechanisms. Based on this, this article proposes to strengthen the cultivation of scientific research awareness, enhance teacher training and management, strengthen the cultivation of scientific research capabilities, improve scientific research policies and incentive mechanisms, in order to truly enhance the scientific research capabilities of resident physicians and cultivate more high-quality talents for medical research and clinical practice.
