“互联网+医疗”背景下医务人员对互联网诊疗的认知和需求研究

  • 摘要:目的:探索北京协和医院医务人员对互联网诊疗的认知和需求。方法:2023年12月,通过便利抽样法对北京协和医院的786名医务人员进行线上问卷调查,采用R软件(版本4.4)进行描述性统计和卡方检验。结果: 61.3%的调查对象认为互联网诊疗的普及度低,但认为互联网诊疗效果“非常好”和“还可以”的比例分别为27.2%和50.5%;不同年龄组的调查对象对互联网诊疗的了解程度存在显著差异,40岁及以上的医务人员很了解互联网的比例显著低于39岁及以下的医务人员(P<0.001)。调查对象认为当前互联网诊疗存在的最大问题是数据安全和隐私问题(73.8%),其次是缺乏专业培训(57.9%)和平台互操作性不强(57.8%)。大多数调查对象更倾向于使用医院官方APP(94.1%)和远程会诊(68.3%)等形式开展互联网诊疗,并希望开展线上咨询(60.2%)和问诊(85.5%)。结论:医务人员对互联网诊疗的认知存在不足,且需求多样化。建议通过提升认知、加强专业培训、保障信息安全和完善隐私保护措施,以全面提升互联网诊疗的服务质量和效果。

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the awareness and needs of medical staff at Peking Union Medical College Hospital regarding telemedicine. Methods: An online survey was conducted among 786 medical staff members through convenience sampling, with data collected using Microsoft Excel and analyzed using R software (version 4.4) for descriptive statistics and chi-square tests. Results: The survey revealed that a majority (61.3%) perceived the prevalence of telemedicine as low. Although 27.2% and 50.5% of respondents rated the effectiveness of internet-based medical treatment as very good and fair respectively, a significant difference in the understanding of internet-based medical treatment was observed among different age groups, with healthcare workers aged 40 years and older demonstrating significantly lower levels of understanding compared to younger counterparts aged 39 years and below (P<0.001). Most of participants believed that the biggest problem of Internet diagnosis and treatment was data security and privacy issues (73.8%), followed by lack of professional training (57.9%) and weak platform interoperability (57.8%). Most participants preferred to use hospital’s official APP (94.1%) and remote consultation (68.3%) to provide Internet diagnosis and treatment, and hope to provide online consultation (60.2%) and consultation (85.5%).Conclusion: There is a lack of awareness and diverse needs regarding telemedicine among medical staff. It is recommended to enhance their understanding of telemedicine, strengthen professional training, ensure information security, and improve privacy protection measures to boost service quality and effectiveness. These actions can support the development of policies and the healthy evolution of telemedicine.
