Practice of Internet hospital construction in West China Hospital of Sichuan University

• 摘要：互联网诊疗是实体医疗服务的延续和拓展，互联网医院的建设应结合医疗机构发展定位，加强互联网顶层设计及监管，创新互联网诊疗模式并科学规范运营，为医患打造一个区域协同、线上线下一体化、覆盖诊前、诊中、诊后的互联网服务平台。四川大学华西医院互联网医院总结自身互联网医院建设实践经验，建立了一个集门诊、住院场景，院内、院外上下联动、区域协同发展的互联网医院，值得其他公立医院互联网医院建设参考借鉴。

  Abstract: Internet diagnosis and treatment is the continuation and expansion of physical medical services.The construction of an Internet hospital should be based on the development orientation of medical institutions,to strengthen the construction of the top Internet and regulation,innovative Internet diagnosis model scientific and standardized operation,for the patient to build a regional coordination and integration of online,after the cover before diagnosis,diagnosis,clinical Internet service platform.The Internet Hospital of West China Hospital of Sichuan University summarized its own practical experience in the construction of Internet hospital and established an Internet hospital platform integrating outpatient and inpatient scenarios,as well as the construction and development needs of the hospital and outside,providing reference for the construction of Internet hospital in other governmental hospitals.
