Bibliometric analysis of literatures related to colorectal cancer organoids based on CiteSpace

• 摘要：目的 了解结直肠癌类器官相关文献的研究现状和热点，探讨该领域的发展趋势。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网及Web of Science核心合集（WoSCC）在2014-2023年间发表的结直肠癌类器官相关的文献并建库，应用CiteSpace 软件进行国家、机构、文献和关键词分析。结果 该领域的中文文献有21篇，因数量较少，未利用CiteSpace软件进行直接分析。最终共纳入733篇英文文献，年发文量总体呈现上升趋势。美国的发文量最多，其次是中国，发文机构的合作分布呈现区域性。文献共被引频次最高的是“Patient-derived organoids model treatment response of metastatic gastrointestinal cancers”。根据关键词分析提示，国内的研究热点主要聚焦于三维培养、肿瘤发生和精准医疗等，国外的研究热点则是精准医疗、药物筛选和干细胞等。自我更新、增殖和药物筛选是国内的英文文献持续至今的突现词，而国外的则是肿瘤异质性、患者来源类器官和肿瘤微环境。结论 该领域的中文研究较少，处于起步阶段，英文研究快速发展，未来需加强跨区域、高质量合作。国内的研究主要以基础研究为主，并逐渐转向临床应用研究。建立与完善结直肠癌类器官-肿瘤微环境共培养模型可能是今后的研究趋势。

  Abstract: Objective To understand the research status and hotspots of the literatures related to colorectal cancer organoid, and to explore the development trends in this field. Methods The literatures related to colorectal cancer organoid published in CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP and Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) from 2014 to 2023 were searched and built into the database, and the countries, institutions, literatures and keywords were analyzed by CiteSpace software. Results There are 21 Chinese literatures in this field, which are not directly analyzed by CiteSpace software due to the small number. Finally, a total of 733 English literatures were included, and the annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend. The largest number of literatures were published by United States, followed by China, and the cooperation distribution of issuing institutions was regional. The most frequently cited literature is Patient-derived organoids model treatment response of metastatic gastrointestinal cancers. According to the keywords analysis, domestic research hotspots mainly focus on 3d culture, tumorigenesis and precision medicine, while foreign research hotspots are precision medicine, drug screening and stem cell. Self renewal, proliferation, and drug screening are the words that continue to emerge in the domestic English literatures, while the words in the foreign English literatures are tumor heterogeneity, patient derived organoid and tumor microenvironment. Conclusion There are few Chinese studies in this field, which are in the initial stage, while English studies are developing rapidly, but cross-regional and high-quality cooperation needs to be strengthened in the future. The studies in China mainly focus on basic research, and gradually turn to clinical application research. To Establish and improve the co-culture model of colorectal cancer organoid and tumor microenvironment may be the research trend in the future.
