The? Analysis of regulatory effects of? Health literacy between the burden of symptoms and disease uncertainty in patients with chronic heart failure?? Xue Qin dan, Chen Jie ru, Hu Bin mei, Wang Jin yu ,Chen Xiu qing

• 摘要：【】目的 分析慢性心力衰竭患者症状负担与疾病不确定感的关系,验证健康素养在症状负担与疾病不确定感之间的调节作用。方法 采用便利抽样的方法选取2021年4月至2022年4月在温州某三级甲等综合医院心血管内科住院的234例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,应用中文版的Memorial心衰症状评估量表,Mishel的成人疾病不确定感量表,慢病患者健康素养量表进行问卷调查。结果 慢性心力衰竭患者的症状负担与疾病不确定感呈正相关(r=0.497,P＜0.01),与健康素养呈负相关(r=-0.252 ,P＜0.01),健康素养与疾病不确定感呈负相关(r=-0.593 ,P＜0.01),调节效应分析显示:健康素养在慢性心力衰竭患者症状负担与疾病不确定感之间存在调节效应(β=-0.258,P<0.05)。结论? 慢性心力衰竭患者的症状负担可影响疾病不确定感水平,并且受健康素养的调节,护理人员应该关注慢性心力衰竭患者的症状负担对疾病不确定感的影响,制定降低症状负担结合提高健康素养的干预措施,可降低其疾病不确定感水平。

  Abstract: 【】 Objective Analyze the relationship between symptom burden and disease uncertainty in patients with chronic heart failure, and verify the moderating effect of health literacy on the relationship between symptom burden and disease uncertainty. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 234 patients with chronic heart failure who were hospitalized in the Cardiovascular Department of a tertiary A general hospital in Wenzhou from April , 2021 to April , 2022. The Chinese version of the Memorial Heart Failure Symptom Assessment Scale, The Chronic Disease Patient Health Literacy Scale,and Mishels Adult Disease Uncertainty Scale were used for questionnaire surveys. Results The symptom burden of patients with chronic heart failure is positively correlated with disease uncertainty (r=0.497,P＜0.01), and negatively correlated with health literacy(r=-0.252 ,P＜0.01), health literacy is negatively correlated with disease uncertainty (r=-0.593 ,P＜0.01). Analysis of moderating effects shows that health literacy has a moderating effect on the relationship between symptom burden and disease uncertainty in patients with chronic heart failure(β=-0.258,P<0.05) .Conclusion The symptom burden of patients with chronic heart failure can affect the level of disease uncertainty and be regulated by health literacy, Nursing staff should pay attention to the impact of symptom burden on disease uncertainty in patients with chronic heart failure, and develop intervention measures to reduce symptom burden combined with improving health literacy, which can reduce their level of disease uncertainty
