Research on the Co-fund Effectiveness and Patterns of Medical Research Funds: A Case Study of Cervical Cancer Research

• 摘要：目的/意义本文从资助机构类型视角出发,对科研基金共同资助成效与模式进行研究,为完善我国医学领域科研资助体系提供理论参考。［方法/过程］本文以宫颈癌研究领域为例,将科研基金划分为政府基金、高校院所基金、企业基金、医疗机构基金和社会组织基金5种类型,依据JII、ACI、AUI指标和综合成效分数对共同资助成效进行研究,并基于指标结果进行模式识别与分析。［结果/结论］本文通过成效分析发现“A-E-S”是综合成效分数最高的共同资助,且在三个指标上均表现优秀,并根据指标结果将共同资助识别为4种模式,每种模式各具特点。医学领域科研资助可以结合具体科研目标,联合不同类型基金进行共同资助,实现效果叠加,提升产出成果的成效。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance This paper studies the co-fund patterns and effectiveness of research fund from the perspective of organization types, and provide theoretical reference for improving Chinas medical research funding system.Method/Process This paper takes the field of cervical cancer research as an example, dividing research funds into five types: government funds, academic funds, enterprise funds, medical institution funds, and social organization funds. The effectiveness of co-funding is studied based on JII, ACI, AUI indicators and comprehensive effectiveness score, and pattern recognition and analysis are carried out based on the indicator results.Result/Conclusion This paper finds through performance analysis that A-E-S is the co-funding with the highest comprehensive performance score and performs excellently in all three indicators. Based on the indicator results, co-funding will be identified into four patterns, each with its own characteristics. Research funding in the medical field can be based on specific research goals and combined multiple funds to achieve overlapping effects and improving the effectiveness of output results.
