SWOT analysis of the application of Internet+ in chronic disease management in Medical Alliance

• 摘要：随着社会老龄化步伐的加快，我国慢性非传染性疾病患者激增与优质医疗资源有限且分布不均的矛盾与日俱增，医联体模式与互联网信息技术有机融合应用于慢性病管理作为一种新兴疾病管理模式可有效缓解该矛盾。本文基于SWOT模型分析“互联网+”与医联体模式融合在慢性病管理应用中的优势与劣势、机会与威胁，在此基础上提出相应发展策略，旨在为更好地推动医联体模式下的慢性病管理工作提供借鉴。

  Abstract: With the accelerated pace of social aging, the contradiction between the high incidence of non-communicable chronic diseases and the limited and uneven distribution of high-quality medical resources had intensified in China. The new chronic disease management model integrated the Medical Alliance and internet information technology organically, which seemed to be an efficient solution. Based on SWOT analysis, we analyzed the strengths and weaknesses, the opportunities and threats of the new disease management model, and further proposed development strategies, in hope to efficiently promote the application of Medical Alliance in chronic disease management.
